Iron ore

Iron ore includes rocks and minerals, in which metallic iron can be extracted. It is the raw material used for making steels.

Iron Ore

Steel scrap

Steel scrap is a vital raw material which is recycled to produce new steel and cast-iron products

Pig iron

Pig iron is the semi-finished product which is poured from a smelting furnace. Pig iron has high carbon content, typically 3.5 - 4.5%, but it is brittle and with limited applications.

Iron Ore

The formation of pellets, known as the conversion of iron ore, is produced in an appropriate band of sizes, concentration and mechanical properties. Pellet is high enough to maintain its usefulness during the stresses of transference, transport and use.

Coal has many important uses worldwide. The most significant uses are in electricity generation, steel production, cement manufacturing and as a liquid fuel.

Iron Ore

A solid semi-finished round or square product that was subject to further hot rolling, they are made into "profiles" such as beams, channels, angles and flats, and bars such as deformed bars, round bars and wire rods, all of which are essential construction and fabrication materials.

Iron Ore

Slabs are semi-finished products for further hot rolling process to steel coils and plates.

  • A. Long products: Debar, wire rod, tubes, sections
  • B. Flat products: Hot rolled coil, hot rolled plate, cold rolled coil.

Hot Rolled Coils

Hot rolled coils are produced by the process of hot rolling.  They are produced in varying thicknesses according to specification.  For storage and transportation, they are turned into coil form before further shearing into plates and strips for the fabrication industry.

Cold Rolled Coils

Cold Rolled Coils

Cold rolled coils are produced from hot rolled steel by re-rolling and cooling of hot rolled sheets. They are used extensively in the automobile industry and household appliances.

Hot Rolled Plates

Hot rolled plates are steel plates produced by the process of hot rolling. They are produced in varying thickness and sizes according to specification. They are widely used in construction and shipbuilding industry.

Deformed Bars

Deformed bars are manufactured from the process of hot rolling and are widely used in the construction industry.

Wire Rods

Wire rods are manufactured from the process of hot rolling and are used in the construction industry. They can also be used for further process to produce nail and wire, PC wire, steel cord etc.

Tubes and pipes

Tubes/pipes are hollow cylinder which usually can be used for conveying fluid/gas materials, e.g. fuel oil, water and so on.

Section steel includes beams, Angle Steel, Channel Steel, Light and Heavy Rail, Flat Steel and so on. They are widely used in construction and transportation.

Section Steel - Rail

Rail is a kind of section steels which includes light rail, heavy rail and crane rail.

Coated steel and special steel items

Pre-painted Galvanized Coil (PPGI)

PPGI is pre-painted galvanized steel, in which Galvanized steel is the basic substrate of metal. PPGI can be painted with a color coated on it.

Hot-dip Galvanized Coil (HDGI)

Hot-dip galvanizing is a form of galvanization. It is the process of coating steel with a layer of zinc.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a kind of steel alloy which contains chromium and nickel content. Stainless steel is also called corrosion resistant steel due to it does not corrode or rust as easily as ordinary steel.

Tinplate is a kind of rolling product which is coated with a thin layer of tin. It is widely used in the manufacture of tin cans.

Silicon Steel coil

Silicon steel is usually produced in the form of cold-rolled coil/strip. It is a kind of specialty steel which produces certain magnetic properties.
